General Carbide is a leading manufacturer of tungsten carbide wire drawing dies. We supply the standard R-series nibs from R-0 to R-19. The dies can be purchased unground, OD ground or OD and back face ground. The smaller nibs are pressed to size, providing a high-quality preform and good concentricity. When ordering, specify the angle, ID, bearing and grade you require, and we'll meet your specs.

General Carbide manufactures more than 50 different grades of carbide and all parts manufactured are sinter-HIP'ed to ensure production of the highest quality material.
